This is an oak coat hanger, part of a arch brace truss with 5 sapele handmade hooks. A beautiful shape that is often admired as we look up at the ceilings of barns and older buildings.

This is a piece of 2″ oak arch brace truss converted into a coat hanger.

Note: The coat hanger has 2 holes used to hang the piece from your wall. You’ll be supplied with 2 contrasting wooden dowels that fit on each hole and so it will be covered, hiding the screw heads under it. Here is an example of the dowels.
