The product you acquired is warranted free from defects in workmanship and materials on purchase. This warranty is effective for five (5) years from the last day of delivery and only valid if used by the original buyer.

If a manufacturing fault or defect is recognised, your product will be repaired or replaced at my own cost and discretion. In the case that the piece needs to be back at my workshops, you will be charged with the shipping costs but only as a deposit arrangement. If under inspection, it is discovered that the origin of the fault violates the terms of this warranty, I will keep this deposit, therefore you will be charged for all shipment costs.

If I agree that the fault is a defect in craftsmanship and/or materials used, you will not be liable for any pick-up or delivery charges and the deposit arrangement will be returned to you via bank transfer or your chosen method. This will be done as soon as possible.

This warranty will be cancelled if there are:

• Signs of negligence or misuse by the users or any third party.
• Any alterations made, including repairs other than by myself.
• Any other damage originated as a result of the incorrect location of the piece (direct sunlight, high moisture rooms, adjacent radiators, rooms under rapid change in temperatures).

This warranty does not cover for any injury caused by the misuse of any of my products.

It is advisable to keep your piece clean, but also recommended to avoid the use of chemical or other household cleaning products, polishes, oils or stains. The application of any of these may void your warranty once the piece has come under inspection.

I reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the fault.
